This policy explains what information Hawilma Fumigation & Janitorial Services (HFJS) collects when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your details to respond to you and do the job you asked for. We never sell your information.
1. What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, location/area, and the details of the job you describe — whether through the quote form on this site, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Nothing more: this website does not require accounts, does not run advertising trackers, and does not set its own cookies.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and send you a quotation.
- To plan, carry out and follow up on the service you booked.
- To keep basic records of jobs done, as any business must.
3. Where your information lives
- Messages you send on WhatsApp stay within WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
- The quote form keeps a backup copy of your submission with our form provider before opening WhatsApp, so your request is not lost.
- This page embeds a Google Map to show our office location; Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, under Google’s privacy policy.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it with the service providers named above (which is how the website functions) or where the law requires.
5. Your choices

6. Changes
